Enrollment and programs are confirmed and final at time of purchase. All purchases have a 3-day right to cancellation by the purchaser. Notice of intent to cancel must be given in writing within 3 business days of the transaction. Cancellations requested outside of the 3 day period may be honored; however, no cash refund will be given.
You acknowledge that you are responsible for your actions and hereby release The Lowray Companies, LLC and any of its staff, employees, officers, or affiliates from liability for any actions or comments influenced by the information contained in products and services received.
You will receive confidential information that may not be shared with anyone outside your family or partnership. You may not reproduce these copyrighted materials, nor lend, rent, or sell them to anyone to remain in compliance with the federal and state copyright and trademark laws.
